October 2017 results
A total of 204 appointments were wasted in October 2017, totaling 40 hours:- 87 GP appointments (equivalent to 18 hours)- 117 nurse appointments (equivalent to 22 hours)If you are unable to attend an appointment please contact the surgery to cancel it - this time wasted could have been offered to other patients.
Prescription requests should be made (using the computer print-out)
To ensure that the correct drugs are prescribed we do not accept telephone requests for prescriptions.
Please allow 2 working days for prescription requests to be processed by the surgery, along with additional time for your pharmacy to prepare your medications (this can be a further 1-3 working days).
You will be asked to see the clinician from time to time to monitor your treatment: please note if you are asked to attend a particular clinic.

Extensive exemption and remission arrangements protect those likely to have difficulty in paying charges (NHS prescription and dental charges, optical and hospital travel costs).
