SURGERY CLOSED FOR TRAINING - AFTERNOON OF WEDNESDAY 24TH NOVEMBER - Please note that the surgery will be closed for staff training from 12.30 pm on Thursday 28th October.  If you require GP support while we are closed, please call NHS 111 who will make an appointment with the out-of-hours provider where necessary.  The surgery will re-open as normal at 8 am on Friday 29th October 2021.

NEW TELEPHONE SYSTEM:  We are pleased to inform you that the practice will be implementing a new telephone system on Thursday 2nd September.  Our new system will introduce significant benefits for our patients:  no more engaged tones, knowing where you are in the telephone queue, along with the ability to request a 'queue busting' call back.  Whilst we are confident that the implementation will be a fairly smooth process, please bear with the team while we get used to working with it.  Thank you for your support with this.

FACE COVERINGS:  In order to protect our patients and staff, we respectfully ask that you continue to wear your face coverings if you attend the surgery for any reason.  We thank you for your support in this matter.

My Care Record:  Privacy Notice – Coronavirus (Covid-19) Response Addendum.  This notice describes how we may use your information to protect you and others during the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, and it supplements our main Privacy Notice (Fair Processing Notice).  More information available here.

Blood test appointments:

These can now be booked online by clicking on the link -

On line booking:  Please note that we have suspended all on-line appointment booking for the time being.  This is because on-line booking does not allow for triage/screening of appointments, so this has been necessary to safeguard both our patients and our staff.  Please accept our apologies for any difficulty this creates.

Repeat Prescriptions:  From 1st April 2020 you will no longer be able to order your repeat prescriptions from your local pharmacy or via another third party.  Requests for repeat medication should be made direct to the surgery via any of the following options:

Please do speak to a member of the reception team if you have any queries regarding this change.
