Noticeboard

SURGERY CLOSED:  Please note that the surgery will be closed from 12.30 pm on Thursday 29th July 2021 - for staff training.  If you require GP support while we are closed please contact NHS 111.  We will reopen at 8 am on Friday 30th July.

NEW GP PARTNER:  We are pleased to welcome Dr Andleeb Asghar to the Beauchamp House Partnership.  She has taken up her role today, Monday 5th July.

NEW GP PARTNER:  We are pleased to welcome Dr Rohit Goyal to the Beauchamp House Partnership.  He has taken up his role today, Friday 2nd July.

CHANGE TO GP PARTNERS:  Sadly, Dr Ebdon and Dr Chun have both decided not to return to the practice following their respective maternity leaves. We are pleased to be able to inform you however that we will be joined by two new GP Partners.  Dr Rohit Goyal (m) and Dr Andleeb Asghar (f) will both be joining the surgery team in the first week of July.

TELEPHONE SYSTEM:  We are pleased to say that the major fault on our lines has now been rectified.  Please do note however that call volumes into the surgery remain extremely high - we thank you for your patience during this extremely busy time.

IMPORTANT:  If you are asked to attend the surgery for a face to face appointment, please arrive wearing a mask or face covering (i.e. a scarf).  This is only optional for children under the age of 5.  We need to retain our surgical face masks for clinical staff as much as possible, so are grateful for our patients for abiding by this request.

My Care Record:  Privacy Notice – Coronavirus (Covid-19) Response Addendum.  This notice describes how we may use your information to protect you and others during the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, and it supplements our main Privacy Notice (Fair Processing Notice).  More information available here.

Blood test appointments:

These can now be booked online by clicking on the link - www.mse.nhs.uk/blood-tests

On line booking:  Please note that we have suspended all on-line appointment booking for the time being.  This is because on-line booking does not allow for triage/screening of appointments, so this has been necessary to safeguard both our patients and our staff.  Please accept our apologies for any difficulty this creates.

Repeat Prescriptions:  From 1st April 2020 you will no longer be able to order your repeat prescriptions from your local pharmacy or via another third party.  Requests for repeat medication should be made direct to the surgery via any of the following options:

Please do speak to a member of the reception team if you have any queries regarding this change.
