PATIENT REGISTRATIONS: We are accepting patients onto our list - please check with Reception to see if you are within our catchment area for new registrations.  Please note that if you move away from our practice area you will need to register with a local GP.  We do not keep patients on the list who have moved away.


FACE COVERINGS:  In order to protect our patients and staff, we respectfully ask that you continue to wear your face coverings if you attend the surgery for any reason.  We thank you for your support in this matter.

Repeat Prescriptions:  From 1st April 2020 you will no longer be able to order your repeat prescriptions from your local pharmacy or via another third party.  Requests for repeat medication should be made direct to the surgery via any of the following options:

Adult with cystitis symptoms?

If yes, please complete this questionnaire and hand it in with a urine sample (in a labelled, small and closed container) at reception. Please do NOT hand the sample to reception staff but place in the designated receptacle. Please drop samples off before 2pm, any samples received after this time will be destroyed.

Home Visits

Doctor's bagVisits are only done when, in the judgement of the clinician, they are justified by clinical need. Patients are responsible for providing transport to the surgery when this is not the case.

Acute visits should be requested as early in the day as possible so that they may be allocated to doctors in the most effective way.
